Instant Coffee
For the production of soluble coffee, the green coffee beans are roasted and then ground (coarsely ground) in order to make the extraction more efficient. The liquid coffee separated from the bagasse is concentrated to dry it in the spray dried tower, leaving a fine powder, uniform brown color, totally soluble.
